Belgrade July 2012 – Series of protests under “Stop BusPlus” campaign was held in order to address possible corruption in public transportation in Belgrade, Serbia. Organized by the 99% Belgrade movement – protest joined hundreds of citizens who occupied bus rides from Students’ Square to Slavija and back, Zeleni Venac and Ušće shopping center. Stop Bus Plus campaign is also trying to raise awareness that alternative to an expensive, inefficient and ultimately exclusionary system of transportation exists.
